From Our Family to Yours
More than 30 years ago, friends Efraín Quezada and Fernando Morales set out to bring the vibrant flavors and hospitality of Mexico to Ohio. Inspired by “on the range” cooking, they opened the first El Vaquero in Upper Arlington, Ohio.
Today, El Vaquero has grown to over 20 locations across Ohio and Michigan, including Greater Cincinnati, Greater Toledo, Fairview Park, and three in Michigan – still serving the same fresh, flavorful dishes that started it all.
