EL VAQUERO THREE COURSE MENU FOR RESTAURANT WEEK
FIRST COURSE: Choose 1
-1/2 Order of Nachos: Refried beans, ground beef or shredded chicken nachos with green onion and fresh tomato
-Queso Dip: Cup of Azteca Soup Chicken broth, shredded chicken, and tortilla strips
-Cup of Pozole Soup Chicken broth, shredded chicken, pico de gallo and hominy
SECOND COURSE: Choose 1
-Fajitas Express (Chicken or Beef) Grilled fresh mushrooms, bell peppers, tomatoes, onions. Served with guacamole salad, sour cream, pico de gallo, and tortillas
-Burrito Zacatecas One burrito filled with Mexican mashed potatoes, grilled spinach, tomatoes, and onions topped with cheese sauce; served with rice and beans
-Quesadilla Mexicana Grilled flour tortilla spread with fried beans, cheese and stuffed with beef tips or chicken. Served with guacamole salad, tomato and sour cream.
-Carnitas Grilled sirloin steak. Served with Mexican rice, refried beans, guacamole salad, pico de gallo and tortillas.
DESSERT: Choose 1
-Flan Creamy caramel sauce over silky custard with a taste of Mexican tradition
-Sopapilla Fried flour tortilla, with honey, butter, and cinnamon
